We maintain one of the best staffing ratios in the industry with a 5:1 resident-to-caregiver ratio , allowing caregivers to provide attentive, high-quality care without the stress common in larger facilities. We are seeking dependable, skilled Caregivers for our 3:00 PM-11:00 PM shift.

About This Role The Caregiver supports residents with personal care, evening routines, meals, housekeeping, and documentation. Caregivers play a key role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and consistent environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers, and mobility assistance Support residents with eating, hydration, engagement, and evening routines Complete daily progress notes and promptly report condition changes or incidents Maintain a clean, organized, odor-free environment throughout the home Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas, hallways, and common areas Complete laundry tasks and maintain organization in the laundry area Prepare meals and snacks following established menus and recipes Interact professionally with residents, families, and visiting healthcare providers Follow direction from management and communicate when support or clarification is needed Take ownership for addressing and correcting issues when observed What Makes Evergreen Gardens Different Caregivers choose Evergreen Gardens because we provide a professional, supportive, and well-run environment where your work makes a clear difference. STNA/CNA
