Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. This role involves a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall health and appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Duties Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, and decorative elements. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various landscaping tasks. Dig and prepare soil for planting new grass or plants as needed. Conduct groundskeeping duties, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Monitor plant health and apply fertilizers or pest control measures when necessary. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment effectively. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Familiarity with hand tools used in gardening and landscaping tasks. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work standards are met. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
