Resident Aide - Assisted Living The Oaks | Zanesville, Ohio The Oaks is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Resident Aides to join our Assisted Living team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by providing support, companionship, and assistance with daily living needs. What You'll Do Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed Help residents maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Observe and report changes in residents' conditions or needs to the appropriate team members Assist with meals, hydration, and other daily routines Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures What We're Looking For A caring and compassionate attitude Dependability and strong attendance Ability to work well as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred, but not always required A passion for providing exceptional service and quality care to seniors Why Join The Oaks?
