As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and individual preferences while ensuring proper food safety practices. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces. Complete shopping and errands as needed for Client. Qualifications Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or long-term care settings is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and Venerate team. A compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to work with individuals with disabilities or special needs. High school diploma or equivalent. Must have two forms of a government issued ID, required for background check.
