Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Providers to deliver exceptional home healthcare services to clients in need of personal and medical assistance. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as toileting, feeding, and transferring using patient transfer methods and equipment like Hoyer lifts Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment Requirements Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, geriatrics, or in assisted living environments; home health agency experience is highly valued Certification in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS), including CPR; transfers or mobility assistance Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be necessary depending on client location Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines; understanding of home & community care regulations
Pay:
$25.95 - $45.00 per hour
