Overview Pacific View Assisted Living and Memory Care, professionally managed by Ohana Ventures, is a premier senior living community that is seeking experienced Caregivers that would be responsible for carrying out ADL services to residents in accordance with their service plan including providing personal care, communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents under the direction of the Health Services Director and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. _ Essential Functions Communicating in English with all residents, families, and visitors. Must be self-motivated and can work independently and make decisions. Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented. Pleasant, professional, and personal manner. Duties Duties include but are not limited to: Providing Care of residents Maintaining required training Continuous quality improvement Maintaining compliance with al local, state, and federal guidelines Safety Compliance Team Effectiveness Perform other duties as assigned or needed Supervision Reports to the Resident Care Coordinator Education & Licensing Required…….High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Required…….Minimum one year's experience in a caregiving role or similar function however we will train. Preferred…….Experience with computers. Working Conditions Verbally able to articulate in person and over the phone. Able to communicate in written form and complete documentation as required by state and community policies. Must be able to work under pressure, to resolve conflicts, to prioritize tasks, and follow through with ideas. Excellent verbal and written skills, and interpersonal skills and company regulations. Physical Requirements Sitting, walking, bending, reading, written and verbal communication, and lifting to 50 pounds.' '
