Seeking an experienced and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a man in his 30s in Canby. We are seeking 1-2 DSPs to cover the available hours. The client is blind and mostly nonverbal. Physical touch is very important to him as he navigates the world. Support includes ADLs, toileting, showering, meal preparation, laundry, household chores, community activities, behavioral support, and seizure monitoring. OIS training preferred. Must be comfortable with dogs. No smoking in the home.

Monday:

2pm-10pm

Tuesday:

9:30am-4pm; 11pm-7am overnight

Wednesday:

4pm-10pm; 11pm-7am overnight

Thursday:

9:30am-4pm; 11pm-7am overnight

Friday:

9:30am-4pm; 11pm-7am overnight

Saturday:

11pm-7am overnight

Candidate Must Have:

RESPONSIBILITIES
