Job responsibility requirements:

18 or older, Pass Criminal background check. Able to do frequent lifting and bending (75lbs) Current valid driver's license & satisfactory, agency insurable driving record. Currently have or obtain through company training, CPR and First Aid and OIS certification. Be able to read write and speak fluent English, Document, observe, respond to, report, supported individual(s) needs and write incident reports. Follow all safety and security procedures, adhere to agency policies and state regulations. Keep common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms clean and free from potential hazards.

Salary for direct support professional:
