We are not a typical long-term care facility run by a large corporation with thousands of employees. We are locally owned and operated. Our community is designed to provide residents and staff with excellent care, a high quality of life, and feelings of belonging, influence, and purpose. Additionally, we are the first community in Oregon to earn the JCAHO accreditation. As a caregiver with us, you will provide daily care to our residents by supporting their daily activities of living. This includes bathing/bathroom assistance and providing emotional support and encouragement and monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavioral needs, and overall necessities of our residents.
Work Location:
4444 SE Oatfield Hill Rd, Milwaukie, OR 97267
Shift:
Sun-Wed, Wed-Sat, 6am-6pm. Wednesday is a half-day.
Compensation:
$19.00 to $22.50 per hour

Caregiver Responsibilities:
(not limited to) Assisting residents with ADLS Teamwork, cooperation, training & development Assist clients with personal care, which may include (but is not limited to): Bathing/Bathroom Assistance Morning/Evening Preparations Morning/Evening Dress and attire Provide emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and overall needs of clients Maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment for both residents and colleagues Ability to correspond and document properly for resident charting purposes. Excellent communication skills Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and ambulate quickly and often throughout a regular shift. Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Oregon. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. to apply. Please have reliable means of transportation/commuting to work.
