Sunset Estates and Villa Memory Care in Ontario, Oregon, is urgently seeking dedicated caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and aspiring Med Techs to join our close-knit, family-like team. We operate two beautiful, 16-bed memory care facilities—locally owned and operated, with our second location opening in early 2022. Our mission is simple yet profound: to create a loving, safe environment where residents are cared for like family, helping them maintain dignity, joy, and the highest possible quality of life despite memory loss. What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate caregiving and personal support to residents Pass medications as a delegated Med Tech (training provided if needed) Assist with daily activities, emotional support, and creating joyful moments Help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional, family-centered care
