00 per hour (DOE) About the Role We are seeking an experienced, highly dependable Caregiver to join our team in a Level 3 Adult Foster Home in Washington County supporting 5 to 6 residents. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated direct care professional looking for consistent weekly scheduling with clear opportunities for professional growth as our business expands. Shift Options Available Night Shift (Full-Time / 36 Hours): Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday | 7:00 PM

  • 7:00 PM) Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) for 5 to 6 residents.

Perform night safety monitoring, prompt response to resident needs, and routine safety checks during night shifts. Administer medications and maintain thorough shift documentation and resident logs in compliance with APD standards. Assist with meal preparation, dining assistance, light housekeeping, and laundry. Observe resident status, track changes in health or behavior, and communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Minimum 3 years of recent, verifiable direct caregiving experience (Adult Foster Home experience strongly preferred).

Compliance:

All Washington County / Oregon APD caregiver requirements completed and current (CPR/First Aid, background clearance, and required training modules).

Reliability:

Exceptional attendance record and commitment to maintaining a consistent shift schedule.

Core Competencies:

Strong communication skills, self-motivation, ability to work independently, and a collaborative mindset.
