Job Summary We are seeking dependable and compassionate Caregivers to support children within a structured care program. Staff work under the supervision of the Program Manager to assist with daily routines, health needs, and transportation to services. The caregiver helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment while ensuring children's routines and care plans are followed consistently. Required Qualifications Minimum 18 years old Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to administer medications after training Ability to perform light cleaning and food preparation Reliable attendance and ability to follow supervision and direction Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience. Experience working with children with I/DD. Supervision & Work Environment Reports directly to the Program Manager Works as part of a team within a licensed child service program Structured routines, scheduled shifts, and documentation requirements required
