Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to seniors. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and well-being. Your enthusiasm for caregiving will help foster positive experiences for those in your care. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors through assistance with ADL's, engaging activities, and personalized care. Duties Provide attentive supervision and care for seniors with varying health needs. Ensure safety by following best practices, behavior management strategies, and mandated reporting laws when necessary Assist with daily routines such as feeding, toileting, and bathing. Administer first aid and CPR in emergency situations following safety protocols Maintain a clean, organized environment that encourages a safe and welcoming environment. Experience Prior experience working with seniors or individuals with special needs is not required but helpful.
