Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 2 years of healthcare administrative experience. Experience managing an in-home care agency is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily agency operations. Recruit, hire, and supervise caregivers. Coordinate client services and staff schedules. Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies. Maintain records, conduct staff training, and monitor quality of care. Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
