In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to seniors, promoting their health, safety, and independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being. Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring nutritional needs are met. Manage medication reminders and monitor client health and behavior changes. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living environment for clients. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Document care provided and report any significant changes or concerns. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided. Reliable transportation to and from client homes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
