Starting at $18.00-22.00 per hour.

Employment Type:

Part-time Primary Focus:

One-on-one support including personal care, skill building, and community integration. Key Responsibilities Skill Building & Independence

• Support clients in learning and practicing daily living tasks including budgeting, cooking, meal planning, and household management
• Break skills into manageable steps and celebrate milestones Personal Care (when applicable per client support plan)
• Assist with grooming, hygiene, and personal care with dignity and professionalism
• Support healthy living goals as defined by the individual and their care team Community Integration
• Transport clients in your personal vehicle to community locations (libraries, eateries, peer social activities, volunteer sites, job sites) Documentation & Communication
• Maintain accurate, timely records using mobile documentation apps
• Communicate regularly with the supervisor and team regarding client progress Qualifications & Requirements The following are hard requirements. All must be met to be considered.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle (required — no exceptions)
• Willingness to drive clients in your personal vehicle for community activities (mileage reimbursed)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must pass a criminal background check and complete required orientation training
• Must be comfortable with hands-on personal care support (if assigned to clients who require it)
