About Us:

FirstLight Home Care of BuxMont is a rapidly growing home care agency that serves seniors throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties. We are committed to not only forming strong bonds with our clients but also with our caregivers as well.

Role Overview:

As a Full Time Floating Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to our senior clients in their homes or facilities. This is an on-site position that allows you to connect directly with those you assist, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide non-medical personal care and companionship services to senior clients as needed. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility support, fall prevention, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Respond to last-minute call-outs, ensuring continuity of care during coverage shifts. Conduct client introductions and facilitate smooth transitions of care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Compassionate and dependable attitude towards caregiving. Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance hands-on care with supervisory responsibilities. Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication with clients and team members. Are flexible with your schedule and love meeting new people Ability to work collaboratively with a team of caregivers to provide the best care possible.

Bonus If You:

Have CPR and First Aid certification. Possess any relevant certifications or training in non-medical home care. Have prior supervisory or leadership experience in a caregiving setting.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position requires traveling to clients homes throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
