As a Caregiver you'll provide one-on-one support that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry. Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce isolation and promote independence. Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other essential errands. Follow individualized care plans and accurately document completed services. Maintain client confidentiality while providing compassionate, respectful care. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Authorized to work in the United States. Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, TB test, and pre-employment physical. Available to work every other weekend. On-going needs to fill for these positions due to our fast expanding growth of the division. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Follow specific care plans for clients and report on completed tasks. Assist with personal care needs of the clients (bathing, dressing, etc.) Provide or assist in routine house cleaning, meal preparation, and laundry. Transport client to doctors office, grocery store and other essential errands. Provides companionship services in accordance with the therapeutic goals Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information.
