Personal Care Aide Responsibility Highlights include: Bathe and assist residents with their ADL's Monitor stock levels of equipment, etc. to verify they are maintained on premises to meet residents' needs while recommending changes in techniques and/or procedures for cost-effective and efficient operation. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or administration. Be a team player Function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies. possess and display a genuine caring for, and interest in, maintaining and enhancing a positive physical, emotional, and psychosocial environment for residents, visitors, and personnel. Relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally unstable and/or volatile residents of the facility.
