PRN Caregiver - Potential for 20+ Hours | Reliable Vehicle Required Job Summary Intercede Home Healthcare LLC is seeking dependable, compassionate PRN caregivers for current and upcoming assignments in Exton, Downingtown, Malvern, West Chester, and surrounding Chester County communities. Services may be provided at a client's residence or another approved care setting based on the client's needs. Recurring cases may offer 20 or more hours per week, with shifts typically scheduled for a minimum of five hours. PRN caregivers may cover a complete recurring schedule or selected shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability. Hours are offered as cases become available and are not guaranteed.

Various client locations and approved care settings throughout Chester County Caregiver Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living Provide companionship, supervision, and emotional support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as assigned Support safe mobility, positioning, and transfers Prepare meals and assist with feeding when required Provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care Observe and report changes in the client's condition Follow the client's care plan and agency policies Complete required electronic timekeeping and service documentation Communicate professionally with clients, families, facility personnel, and office staff Arrive on time and remain for the full scheduled shift Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality Follow the policies and procedures of Intercede Home Healthcare LLC and the approved care setting Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Regular access to a reliable personal vehicle Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance Ability to travel reliably to assignments in Exton, Downingtown, and surrounding Chester County areas Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to pass all required background and employment screenings Current physical examination and required two-step TB screening, or willingness to obtain them before assignment Smartphone with access to scheduling and electronic timekeeping applications Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English Ability to follow written care plans and safety instructions Professional, respectful, and compassionate conduct Important Transportation Requirement Applicants must have regular access to their own reliable vehicle. Some client assignment locations may not be accessible by public transportation, and relying on rides from others may not provide dependable access to all assignments.
