Job Description

Angel's Family Manor Personal Care Home is seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) to oversee our Personal Care Home operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader to ensure high-quality care, compliance with all regulations, and a supportive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Manage all aspects of community operations to maintain excellence in care and service.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations governing personal care homes.

Team Development:

Recruit, train, and support staff to foster a skilled and engaged workforce.

Community Engagement & Marketing:

Promote the facility through outreach efforts to enhance its reputation and growth.

Emergency Preparedness:

Be available for urgent situations, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications Licensure:

Must have a valid and unrestricted Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) license in Pennsylvania.
