Shift Differentials Starting Pay:

$19.00/hour (higher based on experience) Sign-On Bonus $1,000 for Full-Time $500 for Part-Time Boost Your Earnings 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Full-Time): +$1/hour

Weekend Shift:

+$2/hour Work BOTH evenings and weekends: Earn +$3/hour in shift differentials. What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate, personalized care that helps our residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

Responsibilities include:

Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Encourage social engagement and participation in community activities. Promote a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Work closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional resident care. No CNA certification is required to apply. Pennsylvania Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) If you do not currently hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification, you must obtain the Direct Care Staff Certification (DCSC) before your start date.
