Liken Home Care - Where Compassion Meets Opportunity Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, In office Position Overview As a Care Team Coordinator , you'll play a central role in ensuring our caregivers and clients receive top-quality support. You'll manage caregiver onboarding, training, scheduling, and evaluation, while providing exceptional service and communication to clients, caregivers, and referral sources. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition and Recruiting teams to onboard new caregivers. Oversee caregiver onboarding, orientation, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing career development. Work closely with the Care Manager to schedule caregivers appropriately and manage assignments. Handle scheduling changes, call-offs, and no-shows with professionalism and urgency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and referral partners. Conduct regular "close to the client" visits and follow-ups to ensure outstanding service and satisfaction. Support service recovery and client retention through excellent communication and problem-solving. Who You Are A people person with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized , detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Professional and assertive , with sound judgment and a caring attitude. Experience in home care and healthcare or staff scheduling required. Ability to confidently train, coach, and support caregivers to ensure high-quality care including first aid, CPR, transferring, toileting, bathing, etc. Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive office environment dedicated to quality care.
