Job Description
Caregiver The Aristocrat Assisted Living Community in Alamogordo is currently seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. Openings are available for daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. We offer a welcoming, team-oriented workplace, competitive pay, and benefits for eligible employees. Responsibilities Provide attentive, resident-centered care in a safe and supportive environment. Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal assistance. Promote residents' comfort, independence, and overall well-being through companionship and encouragement. Monitor residents and communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff members. Help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to support each resident's individualized care plan.
