This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in her daily life by supporting her health, well-being, and development. The ideal candidate will be energetic, patient, and experienced in caring for children .Your commitment will help foster a safe, nurturing environment where she can thrive and feel valued every day. This is a part time position and we are flexible, one of us work from home, so we will be there for extra support. Duties Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility support using appropriate patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts or manual handling techniques. Monitor and observe the child's health status, including vital signs and overall condition, while maintaining detailed care plans aligned with her needs. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and assist with meal consumption to promote healthy eating habits. Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning duties related to caregiving tasks. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care tailored to her evolving needs. Experience Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings is highly desirable.
