Responsibilities:
As a Field Supervisor, you will: Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs. Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field. Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans. Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
