Morning and Day hours Johns Island, West Ashley, James Island Specifics (needs change):

COMPANION

• Johns Island, Monday through Thursday 9:30 am
• 12:30 pm

COMPANION

• Johns Island Tues, Thurs 10 am
• 1 pm

CAREGIVER

• Johns Island Monday through Thursday 5 daily hours Also have full weekend shifts available

Job Summary:

The Caregiver/ Companion provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Essential Functions:

Companion positions do not include all of the following, caregiver may Personal Care/ Ambulation Provide assistance with bed bathing, changing , personal care. Provide transfer from bed to chair. Provide assistance with basic activities of daily living, provide companionship Companion/Sitter/Household Management Provide companionship and respite services for family Perform homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathrooms Medication Assistance Services (with RN supervision and delegation)

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
