Direct Support Professionals & Caregivers - 2nd & 3rd Shift $16.00 | Liberty, SC | Full-Time Direct Hire | Bi-Weekly Pay | Overtime Available We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Caregiver, or Home Health Aide ! As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in an in-home environment.

PAID TRAINING REQUIRED

New hires must complete a 3-week training class, Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM. You are paid for all training hours.

Shift Rotating Schedules What You'll Be Doing:

Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding) Support with daily living skills (ADLs/IADLs) in the home Follow individual service plans and implement behavior support strategies Assist with medication reminders , mobility, and transport as needed Engage in social activities and help build life skills Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment Document care notes and incidents accurately and on time Ensure dignity, privacy, and respect are upheld at all times

Who We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional, CNA, PCA, or Caregiver is a plus—but not required Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals who want to help others succeed Ability to lift or transfer individuals and provide mobility assistance Comfortable working in group home, residential, or in-home care settings Strong communication and teamwork skills All Direct Support Professional positions require a valid SC Driver's License and clean Background Check.
