OCCASIONALLY PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION LIGHT HOUSEKEEPING MEAL PREPARATION NEEDED COVERAGE IS MONDAY-FRIDAY AFTERNOONS

FOR A TOTAL OF 25 HOURS PER WEEK.
