Experienced Caregiver Needed ASAP - North Augusta, SC Weekday & Weekend Shifts Available Professional Boundaries Experience Required Immediate Start From The Heart Home Care is seeking an experienced, dependable, and professional caregiver for an immediate client assignment in North Augusta, SC . For this particular assignment, we need someone who has a strong understanding of professional caregiver boundaries and is confident maintaining them while still providing compassionate, respectful, and supportive care. This is best suited for an experienced caregiver who understands the difference between being friendly and supportive while maintaining an appropriate professional caregiver-client relationship. Schedule Monday - Friday Shifts Available Saturday & Sunday Shifts Available Applicants may be considered based on their weekday and/or weekend availability. Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview process. Client Needs & Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living as needed Personal care assistance as needed Companionship and appropriate social interaction Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Mobility and safety assistance as needed Follow the client's established plan of care Maintain appropriate caregiver-client boundaries Communicate concerns or changes through the proper office channels Provide consistent, respectful, and professional support Professional Boundaries Are Important for This Assignment We are specifically looking for a caregiver who understands and consistently maintains professional boundaries in home care .

The caregiver must be comfortable:

Being compassionate and personable without becoming overly personally involved Maintaining an appropriate caregiver-client relationship Following the client's plan of care and assigned responsibilities Avoiding inappropriate personal, financial, or social involvement Communicating concerns to the office rather than attempting to handle situations outside the caregiver role Remaining respectful and professional even when boundaries need to be reinforced What We're Looking For
