We believe in putting the right person in the right position
Core Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine inspections and proactive tasks to keep the property in peak condition.
Service Excellence:
Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests, resolving minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
Turnover & Make-Ready:
Utilize paint sprayers and follow "Turn Sheets" to efficiently prep vacant units for new move-ins.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed, accurate logs of all repairs and maintenance activities.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work is performed in strict accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications Proven Experience:
Demonstrated background in general maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical work.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfort using various power tools and specialized equipment (e.g., paint sprayers).
Certifications:
HVAC Certification (EPA Type II or Universal and CPOis desired.
Detail Oriented:
A passion for high-quality standards and "doing it right the first time."
