~~~~ The Home Health Aide (HHA) / PCA provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

High school graduate or G.E.D certificate Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job Must be at least 18 years old You must have some experience with autistic children who are not high functioning Responsibilities Monday Through Friday from 3:30PM to 9:30PM Assist with toileting, bathing, grooming, doing some of his laundry, cleaning messes, preparing meals and cleaning it after school, assistance with meal preparation, and some transferring depending on frequent behavioral issues Requires constant supervision and care Client is mostly non verbal but is able to communicate using some words, sign language pointing and pictures. Client rides the bus to school and potential caregiver would need to be at residence with valid identification to receive client from the bus You must have some experience with autistic children who are not high functioning.

Must be:
