Must be able to pass drug screen and background check. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to provide support in a home setting. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with seniors in their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires a blend of personal care, meal preparation, and companionship to enhance the quality of life for residents. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Observe and report any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to appropriate staff. Ensure the rights of clients are upheld and respected at all times. Perform lifting as necessary to assist clients with mobility or other needs. Maintain a clean and safe environment. Strong understanding of client rights and patient observation techniques. Ability to perform lifting safely and effectively. Knowledge of meal preparation and dietary considerations for seniors or individuals with special needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care. This position is essential for ensuring that clients receive the assistance needed for their daily lives while promoting independence and dignity.
