In Home Caregiver Job description Brighter Days Home Care is a Family Owned Home Care Agency that is currently hiring reliable caregivers in the Lenoir City area for evening shifts 5pm to 10pm. Caregivers starting pay up to $17.50 based on the caregivers professional experience. In Home Caregivers Duties

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up
• Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities with the client
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition In Home Caregiver Experience
• Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role required
• Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to different client needs and preferences
