Home Health Aide /

In-Home Caregiver Shift:

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. Ideally this will be one individual for this opportunity. The client needs are mostly companion care, with light household assistance, and meal preparation. Immediate Opening! $15.00-$16.00 per hour, Dependent on Experience Hand N Hand Home Health Care is hiring dependable Home Health Aides to support clients who want to remain safe and independent in their homes. We offer consistent hours, supportive supervisors, and a team that truly values your work. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for: Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as medication reminders. Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties. Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation. Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, company policies, and upholding our company values The qualifications for the Home Health Aide are: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, Compassionate, and professional demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
