This position provides one-on-one in-home care for a client and is ideal for someone who enjoys making a meaningful difference through compassionate, personalized support.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with diabetes management Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care as needed Prepare light meals and snacks Provide companionship and ensure a safe, comfortable environment Observe and report any changes in the client's condition Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience required Drivers License, car insurance, and a clean driving record required Experience assisting clients with diabetes management is a plus Experience in memory-care preferred Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working independently in a home setting Current CPR certification preferred

Schedule:
