Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality personal care and support to individuals across various care settings, including home health, assisted living, nursing homes, and community-based programs. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve, fostering independence, safety, and well-being. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Must be open to work weekends. Responsibilities Helping with personal care like bathing, grooming, and dressing Preparing meals and assisting with feeding Light housekeeping, laundry, and errands Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with walking, mobility, and safety Supporting people living with chronic illnesses or recovering from surgery Giving family members peace of mind and time to rest Skills Prior experience working in group homes, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home health environments preferred Strong knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration Experience providing dementia care, memory care, Alzheimer's care, or hospice support is highly valued Ability to perform patient transfers using Hoyer lifts and other manual handling equipment safely Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and healthcare teams Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of patient information Skilled in assisting with ADLs, personal care assistance, meal prep, light cleaning, and transportation support Familiarity with care plans tailored for individuals with developmental disabilities or intellectual disabilities support needs Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations with first aid and CPR certification preferred Capable of heavy lifting when necessary while maintaining safety standards for self and others Join us in delivering compassionate caregiving that truly makes a difference! Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
