CAREGIVER RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with activities of daily living Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping and laundry Medication reminders Companionship and supervision Running errands and assisting with daily routines Following individualized client care plans Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required Dependable, professional and compassionate Strong communication skills Ability to follow client care plans and instructions Reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings Ready to Stand Out?
