POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate caregiver to provide dedicated support for an elderly client in Arlington, TX. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, meaningful connection, and a stable weekly schedule.

Position Details Schedule:

Two 12‑hour shifts per week (24 hours total). 7a-7p

Care Environment:

You will be supporting a senior client in a calm, respectful home setting. The client requires steady assistance throughout the day, with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and companionship.

Responsibilities Personal Care:

Bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support.

Mobility Assistance:

Safe transfers, walking support, repositioning, and fall‑prevention awareness.

Meal Preparation:

Cooking simple, healthy meals; monitoring hydration; assisting with feeding if needed.

Medication Support:

Reminders and basic tracking (no medical administration required).

Companionship:

Conversation, engagement in light activities, emotional support, and maintaining a positive daily routine.

Household Tasks:

Light housekeeping, laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Observation & Reporting:

Noting changes in mood, mobility, appetite, or behavior and communicating them promptly. Requirements Prior caregiving or home‑care aide experience (family or professional). Ability to work two long shifts consistently. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. Comfort working independently in a private home. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Consistent weekly schedule.
