• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, dementia care, and hospice care, with a focus on delivering personalized support and care. • Duties:
• Provide direct support to clients in their homes or in our care facilities, assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as reading, playing games, or simply having conversations.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, providing transportation as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
• Assist with mealtime, including meal preparation and feeding.
• Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication schedules and daily activities.
• Ensure client safety by monitoring and reporting any changes in their condition or environment.
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans.
• Provide care and support to clients with autism, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Perform lifting and transfer tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized living space, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Participate in in-service training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Provide childcare services to clients with young children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in senior care, dementia care, or hospice care is essential.
• Experience working with clients with autism is preferred.
• Must have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and transferring clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of caregiver training or certification is preferred.
