Position:

Long-term, consistent weekend assignment Hallmark Homecare of Greater Fort Worth is seeking an experienced and dependable weekend caregiver for a private client in Crowley. This is a long-term, consistent Saturday and Sunday position with the same client each weekend. We are looking for the right caregiver to provide dependable weekend coverage. The client is wheelchair-dependent and requires significant mobility assistance. We are specifically looking for an experienced caregiver who is comfortable assisting a non-ambulatory client and performing safe transfers.

Weekend Schedule Saturday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM 4:00 PM-8:00

PM Sunday:

8:00 AM-12:00 PM 4:00 PM-8:00 PM 16 total hours per weekend Because continuity of care is important, we strongly prefer one caregiver who can consistently work both Saturday and Sunday and cover both the morning and evening shifts.

Client Care Needs Responsibilities include:

Slide-board transfers Transfers between bed, wheelchair and shower chair Bathing and shower assistance Dressing and grooming Toileting and other ADLs Mobility assistance Meal preparation Light housekeeping Companionship and general supervision Assistance with daily activities and outings as needed Helping the client maintain as much independence as possible Experience Requirements Candidates must meet one of the following: CNA with 5+ years of professional caregiving experience , OR Caregiver with 10+ years of professional caregiving experience CNA experience is strongly preferred. Experience working with wheelchair-dependent or non-ambulatory clients and performing slide-board transfers is highly preferred. We're Looking for
