- Job Description Titan SenQuest Management, Inc. is seeking a FT Caregiver

MORNING SHIFT

(6am-2pm) for Governor's Ridge, our senior living community in Decatur, TX. The Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living in a positive environment. No experience required - will train for this position. We are looking for someone for our 6AM-2PM shift. This position is Full-Time with rotating weekends. You must be able to work weekends and holidays. We are a growing company that is passionate about seniors and our employees. Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds to check on resident needs
• Assist in bathing, dressing, and toiletry needs of residents
• Light housekeeping of resident rooms and clean-up of spills
• Assist getting residents to dining room for meals
• Serve meals to residents in dining room and/or their private rooms
• Follow nursing service policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive attitude when talking with residents and co-workers
• Regular attendance is required
• Must have desire to be team player
• Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements Skills/Qualifications
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or a GED
• You must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Experience with the elderly preferred
• Must complete orientation and training before attending residents, and must complete continuing education hours annually
• Effectively communicate in English with residents and other employees
• Demonstrate high standards of ethics and personal accountability
