Available Help for . We are seeking a compassionate, and dependable Home Health Care Provider to provide personalized in-home support to a client with specific daily care and mobility needs.
Physical Requirements:
Due to the clients specific physical needs, this position involves hands-on assistance with transfers, lifting, positioning, mobility, and other physically active activities of daily living. Candidates who are physically capable, confident, and comfortable performing these duties safely are strongly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities
Provide compassionate and respectful assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other hands-on care as needed.
Support personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and other personal-care routines.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe home environment.
Provide companionship and encourage independence and participation in daily activities.
Follow the clients established care plan and communicate any changes or concerns appropriately.
Maintain professionalism, reliability, confidentiality, and respect for the clients privacy and dignity.
Qualifications
Comfortable providing hands-on assistance with mobility and activities of daily living.
Physically capable of safely assisting with transfers and other mobility-related tasks, consistent with the clients care plan and applicable safety requirements.
Dependable, patient, attentive, and compassionate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while following care instructions.
