79912 Must speak English and have experience with ADL's and have patience. VA client is full assist with dementia and incontinence care with a schedule of Monday 8-2 and Tuesday 8-3 a total of 13hrs/week . Client also has occasional one and/or two 13hr shifts through out the month.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

Provides friendly companionship and assistance with daily activities including: dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, running errands, laundry, light housekeeping Personal Care includes: bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care, feeding and other services
