Job Overview As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need of assistance. This position requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to providing support and care to clients in their homes or community settings. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of those you care for, and promoting their independence. Duties Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences when needed . Monitor and document changes in clients' health or behavior. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. Support clients with daily activities such as medication management and household tasks. Foster a positive environment that respects resident rights and promotes dignity. Engage clients in social activities to enhance their emotional well-being. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Skills Knowledge of resident rights and advocacy. Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to client needsif needed Familiarity with working with individuals who have disabilities. Strong caregiving skills with a focus on compassion and empathy. Competence in assisting clients with daily living activities. Experience in following care plans effectively..
