Role Overview:

As a Home Care Provider at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to clients in need. In this role, you will closely follow the client's Care Plan to ensure the highest level of service for our clients. You'll have the flexibility to choose hours that suit your availability while performing shifts in the Spring area.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with health monitoring. Document and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in providing in-home care or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality. Patient, compassionate demeanor, and a strong desire to help others. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
