WHAT YOU DO
Client-Centered Advocacy:
You are the eyes and ears for our clients. You will provide non-medical care including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting) with dignity and respect.
Communication & Documentation:
Maintain detailed care logs, report client changes to the office immediately, and ensure your services remain in full compliance with HIPAA and electronic visit verification (EVV) standards.
Collaborative Care:
Work closely with the office staff to provide the \"Senior Care, Only Better\" experience. You'll be the person the family relies on for peace of mind.
Reliability:
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage in recreational activities, conversations, and tasks that improve our clients' quality of life.
WHO YOU ARE
Experienced Caregiver:
You must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience in home care, assisted living, nursing, or a similar senior care setting. We are looking for caregivers who understand the responsibilities of providing quality, compassionate care and are ready to deliver a high standard of service. A Professional with

You've spent time in home care, assisted living, or nursing, and you know that your work is a craft, not just a series of tasks. You are looking for a place where your skills are honed, your voice is heard, and your professional growth is a priority.
Tech-Ready & Adaptable:
You are comfortable using digital tools to manage your schedule and care documentation. You see technology as a way to spend more time focusing on your clients and less time on administrative friction.

You take immense pride in the quality of your work. You follow a care plan with precision while maintaining the independence to make compassionate, real-time decisions that make a client's day brighter.
Reliable & Driven:
You value your own reputation for excellence. Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and pre-employment screenings. A valid Texas driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance are required.
