You may work with different age groups, assist teachers in the classroom, provide breaks, help with transitions, and step into classrooms when staffing needs arise. Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential! Toddler Teacher Responsibilities Our toddler classroom serves children approximately 18 months-3 years old . We are looking for a teacher who understands that toddlers are still developing communication, emotional regulation, independence, and social skills. Our ideal teacher creates a classroom that is calm, joyful, nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate .
