Job Description
BeeHive Homes of McKinney is seeking a confident, compassionate Operations Assistant/Caregiver to oversee daily operations in our assisted living and acute memory care home. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who values relationships, accountability, and quality senior care in a smaller, residential-style setting. Key Responsibilities Help the manager oversee daily operations of the assisted living and memory care home Supervise, support, and schedule caregiving staff Ensure compliance with Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) assisted living regulations Help resident care plans in collaboration with caregivers, families, and healthcare providers Monitor resident well-being and address concerns promptly and professionally Manage documentation, incident reports, and care records in accordance with HIPAA Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Support staff onboarding, training, and performance accountability Serve as the primary point of contact for families during business hours Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, and teamwork Required Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care management Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of Texas assisted living regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication skills with staff, residents, and families Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail Professional judgment, emotional intelligence, and calm problem-solving abilities Preferred Experience Experience working in acute memory care environments Background in staff scheduling, care coordination, and regulatory readiness
