Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dedicated Caregiver/Personal Assistant/Nanny to provide exceptional support and nurturing care to children and individuals with disabilities in a private home setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families by delivering personalized caregiving, household assistance, and engaging childcare. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic about creating a safe, stimulating environment that promotes growth, well-being, and happiness for those in their care. Duties Provide attentive and loving childcare for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and emotional well-being at all times Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules for young children Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to dietary needs and preferences of children and individuals with disabilities Support children's developmental activities through play, educational exercises, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures Manage household tasks including cleaning, laundry, organizing toys and supplies, and maintaining a tidy living environment Offer personal transportation assistance for school runs, appointments, outings, or errands as needed Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations while following safety protocols to ensure everyone's safety Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups, especially infants and toddlers Prior nannying or private home childcare experience with multiple children preferred Strong knowledge of childcare best practices including infant care, preschool activities, and working with children with disabilities Ability to perform residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation efficiently Certified in first aid and CPR with the ability to respond calmly during emergencies Experience assisting individuals with disabilities to promote independence and comfort Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with family members and healthcare providers when necessary Join us if you're passionate about nurturing young minds and supporting families through dedicated caregiving!
